Didn't know I had a hair type

So, you see all these post about hair types and wonder which one you are. You can't help but think you don't know your hair type or that you even have one.

Welp, here's a little picture I found to help ya out:

Now with this chart, I see that there are more letters but most of us know that b or c (depending on the chart) is the kinkiest.

Why is this important? It's important to know your type so you know what products to use and also how your hair may react to a style or something. Let's be forreal, a person with type1 hair can not wear the same styles as a person with any type of 4 hair can or vice versa. Now don't think of this as a way of classifying someone or saying one type is better than another; it's merely a tool to help you along your journey.
