My friends on FB saw a status about how I stepped off the scale and cried for well over 2 hours off & on. I knew I had to make some changes but I didn't know the numbers were what I saw. I completely revamped my fridge and admitted this time " I need help"
You're probably wondering what that has to do with your hair, right? No matter what you do on the outside, if your inside isn't right you won't see your maximum potential (growth potential). Do you know that most of the nutrients that you are applying to your hair you need to ingest them also? For instance, those using Biotin products are actually applying vitamin B7 to your hair( found in eggs, milk poultry, fish broccoli & cauliflower). Should you ingest it you'll be helping your hair, skin & nails. I'm using this example to say that it's more than hair products; it's about life.
I saw something on MY scale that I thought I never would and it made me think why would I go so natural and healthy for my hair and not the rest of me? So I am and I'm excited! We as women, as people have to do whatever we need to do to ensure a better way of life, ya know. In no way am I saying run and get on diet because diets FAIL but lifestyle changes succeed.
One of the best things you can do for your body & HAIR is have plenty of WATER! WATER! WATER! and vitamins, Inside & Out.

This same concept is what prompted me to start my blog. I have been making sure my hair was healthy, but I didn't give the same attention to the rest of me. Now, I want to focus on being a healthier person overall.
